Splits Disappeared After Transaction Clears in Bank

    I have a very similar issue. I enter electronic bill pay in both the banks system and quicken. When I enter the data in quicken I split credit card payments into different categories. When the transaction clears in the bank and I down load, it removes all splits and just uses the first entry in the split for the entire amount. I recently went back and updated the splits for the past year, and when I did a download it wiped them all out.

    I use Truist Bank for downloads. Quicken only shows me transactions to accept that are new since the last update. I did NOT have this problem before with SunTrust. I was able to use PC banking then also known as Direct Connect with Truist.
