QuickFill option to save only transactions with 2+ occurrences

One problem with Quicken is that it adds every downloaded transaction to QuickFill, even though I have many transactions that contain unique, random information that can't be memorized. Banktivity has an ingenious solution to this: there's a preference to only record a transaction for QuickFill if it occurs twice or more.

Why can't Quicken do this?
