One Step Update Window should remain within Quicken window footprint, and not center on screen

I have my desktop setup so that Quicken takes up the left portion of my computer screen and my browser or other programs on the right-hand side. However, when Quicken pops up windows like the One Step Update or other similar popups, rather than popping up centered based on the position of Quicken, it pops up in the center of my computer screen, which blocks the viewability of other programs. Is there any reason Quicken can't detect the position of the Quicken app and center the pop up windows based on that position?
