Can I add my PayPal Savings account to Quicken

I would like to add my PayPal Savings account to Quicken. PayPal uses Synchrony Bank to manage their savings account. I do not have a direct login for Synchrony. Quicken offers ability to add my Paypal Account as well as their Credit account but not Savings.

    I don't know if PayPal Savings allows for downloads into Quicken or not, but I'd guess that it allowed that this would be the route:
