How do I get Starter version to take my opening balance on my offline account

    We are sorry for any confusion regarding the operation of offline accounts. Thank you for asking about this here on the Quicken Community. 

    Typically, the Ending Balance that is added during the setup phase of creating an offline account simply is the Opening Balance. Is something preventing this from being added? Is the account being created without an Opening Balance? If so, this is contrary to what should happen once an offline account is created; what steps are you taking when trying to create this account?
