Transactions are not downloading

One Step Update summary reports no new transactions. When I check several bank websites, many contain several new transactions that have not been downloaded. I can do a manual download from the banks' website but many duplicates of prior transactions are included.0

Could you tell us which connection methods each account shows are being used currently (Express Web Connect, Direct Connect, or Web Connect QFX)?
