Check Pay

Have lost the ability to use check pay. There was an update about 3 months ago and since then I can't get it to work. Also, now unable to add the month 15 check addition, which is also gone. I have contacted tech support at least 7 times, spent hours [Removed - Disruptive], and endless holds while they tried to get help from upper levels. [Removed - Disruptive]
Management needs to address this as I can see I'm not the only one having this issue.
