Loan is Paid Off - WHEN IT IS NOT

I see several posts about this, but nothing on how to resolve?
this just happened over the past few weeks, and like the other posts - this is a HELOC loan

    Hi @dd66,

    I did not search for other posts because it likely won't provide specific information. So, can you tell me exactly what happened (other than the fact that your HELOC loan has apparently been paid off when it is still open?

    Is this a "connected account" (i.e. one that connects to the bank/mortgage company and automatically updates itself)?  Any other details about what happened and what you are seeing will help us to fix it.  When did it happen, which version of Quicken are you running, which financial institution is involved, what method are you using to connect, etc.?
