Add Category of Dates for Social Security Income in Scheduled Transactions

Routine SS income payments are scheduled for each Wednesday of the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, or 4th week of each month by the Treasury Dept. This regularity should be added as an option for recording these payments (income) when scheduling transactions.

    Its already there if you set up the SS pmt as a "paycheck". By doing so you can track medicare premium payments and optional tax deductions as well.

    @bobeinor You can schedule transactions for the nth Wednesday of a month.
