Zestimate no longer finds property value.

Zestimate used to work great and now all I get is "No Zestimate for this property"

    Is there anything odd about your property?  Such as it being an apartment style unit or other "multi-unit" property?
    Zestimate works best with single family homes on single lots.

    Is it possible that your property is located in a community different from the City name you normally use (e.g., East Duckburgh instead of Duckburgh) and therefore cannot be found in Zillow's records?
