Auto Renewal-Not Renewing

Bill Pay was supposed to renew 12/22/2022 but failed to do so. I've cancelled automatic renewal, reinstated automatic renewal several time. I have also updated my account information countless times. Tech support has been unable to provide assistance.

    Bill Pay from/with what Bank?  Some of them are dropping the feature.
    When you do HELP, About Quicken ... what shows as your "Membership Valid Until" date?
    When you do TOOLS, Account List ... what shows in the "Transactions Download" column across from the particular account?
