I have used Quicken to download two citibank Mastercards for years. Today (1/19/23) one older credit card failed to download. I called citi and tech linked both my cards (new and old) but charges on the old card would no longer download and was not found by bank on Quicken. . I can log on both card accounts at citi.com but my old card will not download on quicken which a new problem. . Citi advised me to call Quicken who advised me there is a pending problem that is not yet resolved for my older card and they could not help me. Does anyone else have a problem with downloading citi card transactions ???? Gary0

Looking at my one step update summary, mine have not updated either since 1/14. It's frustrating for sure.0
Yes, mine stopped on 1/5/20230
We are sorry to hear about these issues with online banking services. Thank you for looking to the Quicken Community for assistance.
Are you receiving any error codes, or is this simply a case of no transactions appearing after a One Step Update? Also, if you have the chance, you could save a backup by going to File > Copy or Backup File... in the upper menu at the top of the screen and then create a 'test' data file by going to the same menu and selecting New Quicken File... Next, choose New Quicken File in the screen that follows, and then click OK. After this, choose a file location on your computer and then click Save. Choose Don't use mobile and web when prompted.
You may then add your Citibank-associated accounts by navigating to the Add Account button in the Tools menu option in upper left-hand side of the screen, or in the more central, upper left-hand panel, denoted by the '+' symbol. Let us know if you see the same issue occurring in the test data file once this is attempted.
I look forward to hearing about these results.
FDP-102 FI_TIMEOUT. Quicken Connect can't seem to be able to login to the Costco Citi card account. Been nearly a month now.1
Worked for me: In edit Account Details, select Online Services, then press Reset Account.
Quicken will ask for your Citi user name and password, locate the account at Citi, then select to link it to your existing account. In my case, it downloaded all previously unloaded transactions correctly-1
My Citi credit card was not downloading the transactions since 1/24. I reset the account and it did download the transactions for the past week. Let's see if it will continue to download new transactions. Time will tell.0
