As of January, 2023 the only way I'm able to download from Chase is directly from the Chase website. I download the transactions then open the download file and then the transactions appear in Quicken. Annoying situation that has forced me to stop use of Chase credit cards.0

Thank you for reaching out to the Community and telling us about your issue, though I apologize that you are experiencing this.
Could you please right-click the account in question and select Edit/Delete account, then navigate to the Online Services tab and tell us what exactly it says next to Connection Method?
It may also be helpful to simply provide us with a screenshot of the Online Services window. If needed, please refer to this Community FAQ for instructions on attaching screenshots. Alternatively, you can also drag and drop screenshots to your response if you are not given the option to add attachments.
