When will Quicken fix the Fifth Third Bank download connection issue?

    Before I can further assist you, I require some more information. What is your connection method with Fifth Third Bank? You can see the connection method by navigating to Tools > Account List. Are you receiving any error codes or messages when attempting to update your accounts? What exactly occurs and how long has this been occurring?

    Quicken states there is a connection issue with Fifth Third Bank. What else do you need to know? Ask Quicken for more info on the error. My question is when will it be fixed?
