Checkpay Checks are late or never received by payee

Since I was forced to use Checkpay instead of paying directly from Quicken software, I have had 4 checks since October that were never delivered or were very late. This happened with 3 different payees.

Quickens help desk answer was that I should cancel the payments with my bank at a cost of $35.00 each. They blamed the post office but couldn't confirm if the checks were actually printed and put in the mail.

I see I'm not the only one having these late check problems. Quicken - what are you doing to fix this?

I've been using Quicken and Turbotax, when they were part of the same company, for more than 20 years, gotta say I'm really disappointed with all of the supposed "improvements" in the last couple of years. The software has gone from bullet proof to seriously flawed.
