Online Updates - Feature recommendation (Q Mac)

At the top of the sidebar, it would be great to add the date & time of your last update or show this info by right-clicking on the update button.

@jimbean2 I'm not sure this needs to be in a separate place, since you can already open the Connectivity Status window to see the last time your accounts were updated. And they's an existing keyboard shortcut for that: Command-Shift-S. Does that provide the functionality you were looking for?

Yes, but it's cumbersome and definitely not intuitive. How did you find the shortcut? Thank you.

Keyboard shortcuts are listed next to the corresponding command on the menu. Just go to the Window menu in Quicken & you can see all the shortcuts for opening the various windows.

@jimbean2 I knew there was a menu command for Connectivity Status on the Window menu. When you look at any menu, you can see the keyboard shortcuts next to the command. 



As for it being cumbersome, I guess that's a subjective measure which each of us could conclude differently. To me, any function which requires a single keystroke, like this, isn't cumbersome. Yes, you do need to learn the keyboard command, but once you do, it becomes second nature.

I'll also note that if it's the three-finger part that you find cumbersome, you can re-define keyboard shortcuts in any program via your macOS Preferences/System Settings. (See here for a short how-to.) So if you'd find it easier to assign Connectivity Status to Control-X or Command-5, for instance, you can do so. This can also be handy if you frequently use a particular report and wish it had a keyboard command; anything which appears in a menu (in any Mac app) can be assigned (or-reassigned) a keyboard shortcut of your choosing.
