CC-502 Error on Nordstrom Card by TD Bank USA

Getting CC-502 Error on Nordstrom Card this morning, was OK yesterday.

    Thank you for reaching out to the Quicken Community, though I do apologize that you are experiencing this issue. 

    I have located a Support Article that discusses some troubleshooting steps to take when presented with a CC-502 error message. You may follow this link to access that FAQ. It is recommended to save a backup before proceeding with troubleshooting steps (just in case).

    Hello @Quicken Jasmine,

    Too late. I have backups from yesterday and this morning. I tried to re-establish the account connection and now I cannot access or update the account through Quicken. Quicken refuses to connect and has removed the account credentials. The account can still be accessed through the web. Any suggestions?

    I'm having the same problem as taffeys. My Nordstrom Card quit updating yesterday, 1/27/2023. I'm using Quicken Premier, R47.7.

    I hope someone is checking these boards.... my Nordstrom Card account has failed to update for the last 3 days, I believe. I've got error code FDP-102. Absolutely nothing wrong with the Nordstrom website accessing my account. This is a Quicken problem. I'm using Quicken Deluxe for Mac, version 6.11.3 (Build 611.47347.100).

    As I stated Quicken is aware of this issue. I will contact Support again on Monday and then provide an update on my Case #10000117 here.

    Edit..... Just tried again, now getting CC-503 error.
