Marcus / GM Card Still Not Working
I saw where the issue relating to Quicken generating errors when trying to connect to e a Marcu / GM Card account was closed. However, I just tried connecting in Quicken, and still can't get it to work--I get "Sorry. We encountered an error (it's not your fault)."
Should this be working now, or are there still known issues?

I continue to receive this error message as well. I receive the text/email message from Marcus with the 6-digit security access code but then receive the "it's not your fault" message in Quicken.2

Directly from the Marcus credit card FAQs:
How do I export transaction details into Quicken?
To download transactions log in to Marcus.com and follow these steps:
Select “My Account”
Go to “Transaction History” and set a timeframe
Select “Download History” and choose CSV or OFX format
Complete download
The option to download transactions is only available on the Marcus.com website. This option is not available on the Marcus App.
Note: Quicken integration/upload is not available as of now, be on the lookout for future updates.
Quicken is incapable of importing OFX or CSV files for credit cards (it doesn't work with OFX period). Ignore any other supposed 'advice' on the subject, like me you have to manually enter all transactions.1 -
Is the problem with Quicken or MARCUS - Goldman Sachs.. The GM Card converted to Goldman over a year ago. No one has an answer. Would like to complain to the guilty party. I have already just about stopped using the card.0
