When I download transactions from my bank, the category defaults to Financial:life insurance.

Why does that happen?

    Do you have a memorized transaction the defaults to that category?
    Are you letting Q save to your account registers without you reviewing and approving each downloaded transaction?
    Have you looked at HELP, Contact Support, Log Files, OFX Log to see what's being sent?

    I had a memorized transaction to go to that category, but I have memorized the other transactions to go to specific categories, and none of them do. All my other accounts transfer correctly.
