    Hello @mikek753b,

We are sorry to hear about this problem with the Projected Balance feature. Thank you for asking about this here on the Quicken Community.

When did this issue begin? Is there any way you could provide screenshots of what you're seeing - with personal information redacted as necessary? You can follow the steps explained in this FAQ in order to do this. Also note that you may drag and drop your images into your comment in order to submit images, as well.

I look forward to your response.

    Thank you,

    Quicken Jared

    Hello @mikek753b,

Thank you for providing that helpful screenshot. We do apologize that this issue is continuing.

Have you tried restoring from a recent backup? We recommend saving backups frequently by navigating to File > Copy or Backup File... in the upper menu at the top of the screen. Provided that this has been done often, you should be able to restore from a backup that was saved just prior to when this issue emerged by navigating to File > Restore from backup... in the same menu. I am curious about whether or not this problem continues in the restored file.

We are eager to hear back from you about this.

    Thank you,

    Quicken Jared

    Hello @mikek753b,

We are sorry that this remains an issue. Thanks for answering the earlier questions and letting us know about your results.

Have you tried restarting your computer after this happens? You may additionally try uninstalling the Quicken software using the steps listed in this Support Article, then deleting Quicken from the Program Files (x86) folder. You may then reinstall the software after following those steps using the steps listed here

Let us know how this works.

    Thanks,

    Quicken Jared

    hello Jared,

thank you for trying to help me.
This is confirmed issue by Quicken Support already.
The real issue is that this just isn't working for Separate Account, while it should.
It's how Quicken is coded, while in the Billing the Separate Account should have no limits or blocks, it has to be for the next Planning reports and calculations only

No, I don't want to un check Separate box for this account as it's marked Separate for the reason

    I'll wait for the fix
    Best Regards
