How can I re-activate an account

In following the Quicken software's instructions for repairing the connectivity issue, it went through a process to de-activate and re-activate my accounts. However now it no longer downloads transactions for one of the accounts from the financial institution. How do I re-activate or repair that account so transactions can begin to be downloaded again?
We are sorry to hear about these issues with online banking services. Thank you for asking about this here on the Quicken Community.
Can you tell us what error messages - if any - were involved in the connectivity issues you mentioned earlier? Also, what financial institution is associated with the affected account?
Knowing the answers to these questions can help us to work toward linking the affected account to online banking services once again.
Thank you,

Hello Jared, thanks for reaching out. I cannot remember exactly what the error was because I'm no longer getting the error since the account load was de-activated. But of course no transactions are loading into account now I guess until I can re-activate it. The financial institution is Security Service Federal Credit Union. I still have transactions from this financial institution loading into other accounts that weren't deactivated. Can you tell me how to re-activate the account in question? Maybe that will solve my problem.0

I went through a process where I attempted to re-activate the account going to "Account Details", and then the "Online Services" tab. Then a screen came up which asked me what accounts to add from that financial institution (Security Service Federal Credit Union). I selected the account which was previously de-activated. Once it completed that process, it came back with the following message: "Account XXXX was not found at Security Service FCU. You should disable this account from One Step Update." Can you provide guidance here? The account does exist.0

Thank you for getting back to me with more information about what is happening. We are sorry about this emerging problem with messages concerning unfamiliar accounts. If you have the chance, you could save a backup by going to File > Copy or Backup File... in the upper menu at the top of the screen and then create a 'test' data file by going to the same menu and selecting New Quicken File... Next, choose New Quicken File in the screen that follows, and then click OK. After this, choose a file location on your computer and then click Save. Choose Don't use mobile and web when prompted.
You may then add your Security Service FCU-associated accounts by navigating to the Add Account button in the Tools menu option in upper left-hand side of the screen, or in the more central, upper left-hand panel, denoted by the '+' symbol. Let us know if you see the same error message occurring in the test data file once this is attempted.
Let us know about the results from the test file, if you can. This will help us in working toward a resolution.
Thank you,
