My Discover card transactions are no longer updating in Quicken. What's the story?

When will this be fixed? I saw a message about using Express Web Connect. But according to my screen that is what I am using.
When did you start encountering this issue?Are you getting an error code? If so, which one.(QW Premier Subscription: R47.15 on Windows 11)0
My last updated transaction is from 1/10/23. I usually have daily activity on my account. If I sign into Discover I see 15 transactions through 1/28/23 that have not updated to Quicken. There is no error code. The update says the account was updated with 0 transactions.0
