All My Data Disappeared After Update

I placed this before but see no record of it. After an update in dec all my data disappeared save for 2 transactions from 2001 that were repeated over and over. When I tried to back up from the cloud it said the file was corrupted a few days later when preparing to call support the data somehow was back. Since then my one step update does not work. In addition, ever time I use quicken it seems to knock out my Wi-Fi and I have to reboot my system. A few days ago after an update same thing happened. This time I used my own backup to restore. Still no one step update and still knocks out wifi
