Is there a problem downloading Bank of America Business trasnactions

I am having trouble downloading bank of america business credit card transactions. Does it have to do with different business cards being somewhat embedded on the BofA website? Is there a solution to this?

    When you state 'business credit cards", how do you access your account at the BofA website? do you access OnLine Banking or Cashpro?
