Quicken One step update downloaded values do not match my online Schwab brokerage values.

Using the quicken "add account" feature results in downloading the correct values for my Schwab Brokerage account. Subsequent use of "One step update" always results in incorrect downloaded values for "Securities Value", "Cash Value", and "Total Market Value". Why does "One Step Update" not result in downloading the correct values for these items? My Quicken program is up to date.
