Missing a year of data from bank

Quicken has updated with 2019 and 2021, but not 2020. Any idea why one year in between would not be visible?

    Are you saying that you downloaded transaction from the bank (what bank) that went all the way back to 2019?  That seems like an awfully long time for transactions to be available for downloading.  Typically you're looking at 90 days or so, though some Financial Institutions do allow for bigger windows. 
    You stated that 2020 isn't "visible", and that's not entirely clear.  Are you saying that 2020 transactions clearly are in the register, because the 2021 balance numbers are correct, but you can't see the transactions themselves, or are the 2020 simply not there at all?
    If it's the latter then I'd guess that something is wrong at the source - the bank - but that's simply a guess.  How are the transactions being downloaded?  Web Connect, Direct Connect, Express Web Connect, Express Web Connect+?

    Before I can further assist you, I require some more information. Which financial institution are you experiencing this with? What is the connection method with said financial institution? You can see the connection method by navigating to Tools > Account List. When you say that you are missing a year of data, are you referring to transactions? Were these transactions shown in the register and then disappeared? Do you receive any error codes or messages with these accounts?
