Safe to Update?/ split transactions issue for loans / multiple split entries

is the general concensus that the latest update (as of 6th Feb 2023) fixes the bug in Quicken that removed the split information for loan payment entries and other memorized transactions that had more than 10 split lines? I had downgraded with a Mondo patch to back in Oct 2022 and just waiting to see if it is OK yet to run latest upgrade.
