No Downloads for Chase and Bank of Hawaii Accounts

I was asked to reauthorize with Chase, which I did successfully, but updating did not get any data downloaded. I installed the newest update but still the same result. I reset one account at a time, each time it requires reauthorizing with Chase bank, each time the reauthorization was successful, and each time no data is downloaded. Also no data is downloaded from Bank of Hawaii. What to do now??0

With Chase, we do currently have an ongoing active alert regarding users being unable to download transactions. You may follow this link to access that alert where you may bookmark it in order to remain up to date on any new information, ETAs, or resolutions that may occur.
As for the Bank of Hawaii, what is your connection method? You can see the connection method by navigating to Tools > Account List. What exactly occurs when attempting to download transactions? Do you receive any error codes or messages?
