Splitting Commercial Rent payments to include additional Triple Net payments

I have a triple net lease commercial tenant that pays us 5000 per month in rent and an additional 2500 per month to satisfy triple net for a total of 7500 per month. That comes as one payment of 7500 per month. What would be the cleanest way to reflect these two different income labels in the "Rent Center" so my accountant is happy? Should I just mark the rent payment as 7500 and then use the split function in the bank account to separate it to "rent" and "triple net additional rent"? Or should I enter the two different charges in the rent center? I really just want to do it the right way from the start.
