Online Billing not Fixed in a day or two as stated

:# I read this was a problem back at least as far back as November and it remains unresolved. I have to ask how do you expect to keep customers with a constantly broken application when Banks have continued to increase the capacity of their online banking.

Furthermore, your support hours in my opinion are not service friendly if you don't go until 9 or 10PM....are you trying to kill this product?

My subscription is coming up next month and unless this issue is resolved, I highly doubt there is much value to continuing my subscription. So sad as I have been with quicken since the early DOS days.
