Well, here is the grind. Five quicken files, four setup for the kids, to teach them about money management. Future, customers? Out of five files only two have issues. One has to be "reset" every couple days and one just will not connect - period. Which means three of the files have no issues and connect fine every day. FYI, also came across a security mistake that displays passwords when it shouldn't.. I wonder if they actually test their updates?0

Before I can further assist you, I require some more information. Which financial institution(s) are you experiencing issues with? What is the connection method(s) of said financial institution(s)? You can see the connection method by navigating to Tools > Account List. Are you receiving any error codes or messages? What exactly is occurring?
