UPDATE 5/26/23 American Express - Unable to Select Accounts to Authorize

We are receiving reports of American Express customers' accounts not displaying when attempting to re-authorize with Express Web Connect+.

This has been escalated internally, though we do not have an ETA on resolution.

    American Express Savings accounts that are dormant will not be discovered.

    If the following transaction types are not in recent history, the account is dormant:

    • 1. Transfer money into the account.
    • 2. Transfer money out of the account.
    • 3. If account supports bill payment - a payment.
