Vanguard 403b Setup

I just established a new 403b with Vanguard - my school district just added them as an option. The account "just" started with contributions, so the balance is only $894, but when I added the account in Quicken for MAC, it sync'd just fine however the balance shows as $0. I went back and found I had chosen the "wrong" Vanguard, but even when that was fixed it still shows $0. How to I set this up?

    UPDATE. I've tried several different Vanguards (all seem to show the same www. link to the one I use to login). Ballance is clearly growing online, but Quicken isn't picking this up. Can anyone help?
