I am having trouble entering new Payees to my Pacific Western Bank account that I just added to Quic

I am having trouble entering new Payees to my Pacific Western Bank account that I just added to Quicken. I have another account at a different bank that still works fine. Any ideas or help?

    What happens when you try to add a new payee to the account?  Are you receiving any error code or message when you attempt this?  Which type of connection do you have with Pacific Western Bank?
