I am receiving crash report after updating to R47.15 on 9 February. I get crash every time I try and open my data file. I have unistalled, clean uninstalled with IObit Unistaller, reinstalled and have run the Mondo Patch ... multiple times. I have have been in chat support for 2 hours on Saturday, 11 Feb and phone support today (13Feb). I have lost at least 5-6 hours of my life trying to fix this problem, alone or with Quicken Support. I have also tried Restor from Backup, and Validate and Repair. I have copied the data file and moved it to my desktop, to a separate folder on my local C:drive. All to no avail. Phone support today finally suggested that I contact Microsoft support. Any other ideas?1

I was having the same issue: Check your filename, Quicken don't like long filename. Now it's 8 digit with no space or special character. If you are using OneDrive, you need to make sure you have a local copy synch on your computer.1

Didn’t work for me. Other post suggesting saving data on local computer vs backup drive. Trying that now.0

BMJ are you just referring to whatever your quicken file name is? Mine is only Quicken20. Is that potentially causing me a problem?0
