Amex Update + Other

This morning I followed the instructions to update Amex log in and linked to existing account. I ran an update and all new transactions downloaded, but now, my balance is completely off, showing a credit instead of a debit balance. I have transactions going back 7 years, and everything was correct prior to this update and do not see any errors in entries. Also, separately my checking account says it updated but no transactions are updated past Feb 3.
