web connect and Merrill IRA edge account

I wanted to establish Web Connect to Merrill Lynch IRA account. Merrill Lynch was not helpful even though the error said to call them. I then spoke to Quicken support. After asking me to repeat all the steps and receiving the same error as before, she asked me to logout and login again to the Merrill website. Then I saw a message about authorizing Quicken and giving me 10 minutes to try again. On the second attempt to establish the web connect service, it worked.
