Dillards Credit Cards Issue

    Dillard's Credit Card services still not connecting:

    I have sent screen shots of the error and reports at least 8 times and still see no action. I also reported that Dillards.com is not the correct website for the credit card it should be "https://dillards.myonlineresourcecenter.com"

    I disconnected two Dillards accounts as I was frustrated trying to get them to connect, I don't remember what the error code or statement of issue was but now I have tried over the last 3+weeks to reconnect the accounts but the system asks me if I am entering my credentials correctly (I am every time), as noted above, it asks for my Dillards.com login credentials but my credit card is accessed under the link noted by user "agiordanoj". Is there any traction on figuring out what happened? My last download was 1/20/2023, the next item that should have downloaded was on 2/14/2023 - so sometime between those dates this issue came up.

    Patience, please. January 20, 2023 is the correct date of the failure. Quicken is aware and working on the problem.
