Empower Retirement - Incorrect URL

Cannot connect to my Empower Retirement account because it keeps trying to connect to Mass Mutual.

    I can see that in the fidir.txt file:

    What I don't know is if that URL is in error or if Mass Mutual is, effectively, the manager of the account.  You might call that 1-800 number to see what the correct answer is.

    Are we supposed to call the helpdesk at the wrong institution and ask why their Quicken download doesn't work? Can't we go down the path of Quicken having bad information? The user we address for Empower Retirement is participant.empower-retirement.com. Is there a way to force that?
