Chase pending problem again

It appears to me that once again account balances from Chase are reflecting Pending Transactions. Since the transactions don't download, it is impossible to reconcile. Are other Community members having this problem again? Is there a solutions?

  • I have also been bitten by the Chase pending transaction bug. Automatic reconciliation of my Chase checking accounts does not work because pending transactions - which are not downloaded to Quicken - make the online balance not equal to the balance in Quicken. This problem has reared its head multiple times over the past year. It has been resolved, only to come back again and again.

    Quicken's code libraries must not have the version of some software. You know, the ones where the problem was fixed!

    The "Chase pending transactions on weekends/holidays included in online balance in checking accounts" problem has never been fixed.  So, this isn't anything "new".  And the most likely source of the problem is Chase.

    @hoffmandh your image isn't what you intended to show.

    People affected should do as @Quicken Jasmine suggests and report the problem, and hopefully they will be able to track it down and get the right party to fix it.

    I am having similar issues; I cannot reconcile my credit card statements because Quicken is not getting the correct balances from Chase. How can we fix this issue? Is there any ETA?
