Has anyone successfully resolved this?
My version of this problem:
Suddenly this morning when I try to download transactions I get the small pop up window titled "Quicken ID & Password" but the window content is all blacked out. After "X"ing out multiple times I get an error that Quicken is having connectivity problems and I should try again in 10 minutes. This kept happening for a few hours. I came across others having the same or similar issues on this forum. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling. I contacted Quicken Support. The rep troubleshot with me for about 2 hours with no success and had me on hold waiting for an escalation team member to take over when the call was disconnected. I called back and a supervisor continued troubleshooting with me for another couple of hours.
Before I started following the troubleshooting instructions of the Quicken Support reps, at least I could access my data, transactions, etc. It was just the downloading/online updating of transactions that wasn't working. After their troubleshooting steps, however, now I can't even get into the file to access any of my financial information. I am stuck on a much larger version of the blacked out screen with only "File" and "Help" options on the upper left, and one line on the bottom with the Quicken Support contact info.
To add insult to injury, the Quicken Support supervisor ended my support and closed my ticket, stating she had ruled out any Quicken related problem and that I needed to contact Microsoft support because it's a Microsoft problem.

Hello @reyxlp,
Thank you for reaching out to the Quicken Community, though I do apologize for the issues that you have been experiencing.
Would you mind providing me with the ticket number that you received during your Quicken Support interaction? This is so I may pull and review the interaction that occurred for further investigation and to be able to better assist you.
