Not all Chase Accounts connecting

Is there an issue connecting Chase Investments? I can add all my Chase accounts with the exception of Chase Investments. On the Chase websitie it says this particular account is agreed for connection to Chase. However, when I try and add accounts from Quicken, this particular account is not found. It does not show up on the Quicken side. This only started happening recently. Is there a known fix?

What kind of investment account is it?
Me and my wife have a joint brokerage account, and traditional and Roth IRA accounts and they all connect/download just fine in Quicken. One thing I would suggest is try using "Chase Investments - New" for the financial institution.Signature:

Thank you. I tried Chase Investments - New as well. That produced the same results of it not showing up in Quicken Adding Accounts. Interesting that it always worked. Now Quicken won't pull that specific account over when you add an Account in Quicken. Are there any other solutions when Quicken doesn't pull an account over during Adding Accounts?0

I don't know of any magic bullets other than trying Chase and Chas Investments - New" and using Tools -> Add Account. If they don't work about the only thing I can suggest is contacting Quicken Support and see if they can help. Note that you didn't answer what kind of account it is, if it is something like a 401K or it is account that you aren't the primary account user of, then that might be the reason it doesn't show up.

The first step would be for you to post this on a new question instead of posting it in a thread that is about a different financial institution. Select “New Post” and put in as much details as you have like the error code/message.

Chase and Quicken are NOT working well together with the new login procedure. If husband and wife have separate accounts with different logins and passwords, Chase and Quicken will NOT allow both; in fact, they will kick out one or the other, depending on whose transactions you want to download. This was not the problem before the latest change in login procedure. THIS IS A MAJOR PORBLEM!0

@alvinjlevi Me and my wife both have accounts at Chase, and it is working for us. in the case of the Checking and Credit card accounts since we share them, I only authorized at Chase in my Chase account, but for investment accounts there is also a joing brokerage account (setup the same way), and each of us have a traditional and Roth IRA that are in respective Chase accounts. So, all I can say is it "should work".
So, my advice would be the same, contact Quicken support.
