No account names and transactions downloading after an update

I updated my version of Quicken. Now most of my account names and no transactions are showing up. It had some problem syncing with the Cloud during the update.

    Hello @MoDake,

We are sorry about this problem with online banking services. Thanks for telling us about this here on the Quicken Community.

First, are you noticing that account names are missing from the Account List in the left-hand panel of the Quicken window? Also, is this affecting accounts associated with multiple financial institutions? Lastly, are you receiving any error messages with numbered codes, and if so, what kind?

I look forward to your answers, and I hope to provide additional assistance, if necessary.

    Thank you,

    Quicken Jared

Yes, all my account names are missing. I finally got Citi bank to work but no other bank accounts or Schwab accounts are downloading. I have quicken authorized on my Bank of America account but it is not downloading. I keep getting Quicken server error.

    Hello @MoDake ,

We are sorry about this problem with account information that seems to be missing. Thank you for answering earlier questions about this problem.

Are any of the accounts that have been hidden from Account List? You can check this by navigating to Tools > Account List and click Show hidden accounts in the lower left-hand corner off the window that appears.

Also if that does not resolve the issue: when did this issue begin? Have you tried restoring from a recent backup? We recommend saving backups frequently by navigating to File > Copy or Backup File... in the upper menu at the top of the screen. Provided that this has been done often, you should be able to restore from a backup that was saved just prior to when this issue emerged by navigating to File > Restore from backup... in the same menu. I am curious about whether or not this problem continues in the restored file.

I hope to hear more from you about this.

    Thank you,

    Quicken Jared

I am having the same issue. The file was fine last week when I accessed it. Now every account name is N/A and there are no transactions listed.

I have attempted several times to restore the back up copy - but the same issue occurs.

There is something going on with Quicken.
