Memorized Payee List - Duplicates After AmEx Upgrade

I just found that since the AmEx update, every one of my payees in the Memorized List has been duplicated. That's about 300 duplicates that need to be erased individually. Has anyone else experienced this phenomenon? Specifically, did the problem recur after erasing the dupes?

We are sorry about this problem with online banking services and duplicate payees. Thank you for asking about this here on the Quicken Community.
Where is your current active data file located? You can check this anytime by navigating to File > Show this file on my computer... in the upper menu at the top of the screen. Make sure that your current active data file is located on your computer and not on an external drive or cloud-based storage service, as these locations can cause erratic behavior and even data damage.
Additionally, do you remember what steps you took - in order - when reauthorizing your accounts? Did you deactivate the accounts prior to reauthorizing them, for example?
I look forward to your response.
Thank you,
