One Step Update is still inconsistantly failing

This isn't really a NEW post. One Step Update is still inconsistantly failing. I first reported this in this forum FEB, 2020, and again in FEB 2022. Between times I sent 8 failure reports and opened six trouble tickets. Each time customer support dials in to my system and walks me through steps to force updates one at a time. It not only involves disconnecting and reconnecting the account, but running each update seperately. THEY NEVER FIXED THE PROBLEM.
