Dont see downloaded transactions in the account register

I just downloaded my transactions from my CapitalOne CC account, it states last updated as of today, but I dont see the downloaded transactions under my 'Downloaded Transactions' show '0' and I dont see the downloaded transactions...

Before I further assist you, I require some more information. What is your connection method with Capital One? You can see the connection method by navigating to Tools > Account List. Do you receive any error codes or messages when attempting to update your accounts? What exactly occurs when downloading transactions?
