How do I get transactions downloaded from truist bank. I have downloaded them but cannot get them in

How do I get downloaded transactions from truist into quicken? I have them downloaded but quicken isn't recognizing them?

    In order to better assist you further, we will need some additional information.

    Which connection method are you using to download transactions (i.e.: Express Web Connect, Direct Connect, or Web Connect QFX)? And what exactly occurs when you attempt to download? Are you receiving any specific error code(s) and/message(s) that you can provide us with here, please?
