Downloading problems

Trying to download data from my bank. Followed support steps exactly. Got it downloaded on bank website but it does not show up in my download folder for today.

What am I doing wrong?

    What bank? When you do TOOLS, ACCOUNT LIST, what  does its say in  the TRANSACTIONS DOWNLOAD column across from the bank acct?

    None of my downloads work. Chase Services, Hunting Bank, and Fidelity Investments. What is the problem?

    Just found these comments. My downloads worked the next day. I suspect an issue with the bank. And also you got to follow the exact steps EXACTLY. Thanks for comments.

    Long-time Quicken user. After 90 minutes with Quicken rep, downloads appear to be happening. Quicken is teasing. Tells me which accounts have transactions, but refuses to let me see then, so I can accept & post. What's going on?
