I posted this problem that Quicken Mac does not enable downloading -- this was made in Nov. 2022 and now 4 months later the update continues to state not solved.
When will this be solved since it is now difficult to use Quicken for taxes.

    Thank you for reaching out to the Quicken Community, though I do apologize that you are experiencing this issue. 

    Before I can further assist you, I require some more information. What is your connection method with CitiBank? You can see the connection method by navigating to Tools > Account List. What exactly is occurring? Are you having issues linking your accounts to online services or do you already have your accounts linked and are having issues downloading transactions? Do you receive any error codes or messages?
