    Hello @jkozaritz,

We are sorry about these issues with online banking services. Thank you for letting us know about this here on the Quicken Community.

If you haven't already, I suggest you try signing out of your data file completely and then signing back in to refresh the registration token for your Online Connected Services. However, I do recommend that you first save a backup file prior to performing these steps.

    1. Navigate to Edit
    2. Preferences...
    3. Quicken ID & Cloud accounts
    4. Click Sign in as a different user (or it might say Sign in using a different Quicken ID)
    5. Follow the prompts to Sign Out
    6. Sign back in using your Quicken ID (email) and password
I look forward to your response, and hearing about your results.

    Thank you,

    Quicken Jared

Just curious ... how long have you been waiting before killing Quicken with the Task Manager?
In one occurrence of a "hang" on my system (a bank's server did not appear to respond or an IP packet got lost), my One Step Update timed out after 30 minutes and resumed processing for the remaining banks. No killing needed.

It worked after about 30 minutes

Figure out, from the One Step Update Summary, which bank had an error condition that caused the apparent hang.
Which bank was it? What error code or error message?
If you perform an "Update Now" from the bank's account register, Action gear icon, does the error persist?
